Invested in performance.
Rooted in relationships.
Grounded in service.
We’re a commercial real estate investment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Grove Real Estate Partners blends institutional rigor and expertise with the agility, drive, and ownership mindset of an owner-operator. We are a relationship-driven, fiduciary-minded firm that safeguards capital with the same intensity we pursue returns.
Commercial
We acquire commercial properties that present attractive risk-return profiles and are positioned to thrive amid evolving market dynamics today–and in the future.
Multifamily
We invest in well-located multifamily properties with strong demand drivers, targeting assets with steady rental income and improvement potential.
A fresh, forward-leaning approach to commercial real estate.
Grove is a multidisciplinary commercial real estate firm founded by Chris Eldemir and Beau Heidrich in 2025.
We identify attractive investment opportunities across the Bay Area, drawing on our deep market knowledge and long-standing relationships.
Sometimes we move fast on short-term opportunities when we spot them. Other times we're in it for the long haul, building around emerging trends we see taking shape. Our business plan for each asset is intentionally tailored to what each property needs to capitalize on those trends and where the market is heading.
And no matter what type of investment or time horizon, we combine rigorous analysis with first-principles thinking to break investments down to what really matters, ensuring returns align with the risk our investors—and we—are taking.
